The Visayan Journal of Science, Technology, and Innovation (VJSTI) is a peer reviewed journal for studies on scientific and technological aspects and promote the journal to the States Universities and Colleges (SUCs) and Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in Region VI.

It publishes original scholarly works in a variety of fields, such as health, genomics, molecular biology, math, engineering, information technology, food science, chemistry, fisheries, and agriculture.
