The Regional Development Council (RDC VI), upon the endorsement of the Regional Research andDevelopment, and Innovation Council (RRDIC), has approved the establishment of a regional research journalthrough RDC VI Resolution No. 77 s. 2020. Through the partnership of the Department of Science andTechnology Regional Office 6 and University of the Philippines Visayas, they have established the journal,create an organized structure, and release its maiden issue.
